I cannot stress enough the importance of self healing work. We all have stories from our pasts that have shaped certain parts of who we are. Reality it, most of these parts manifest in disfunctional ways that often lead us into more traumatic experiences in our lives. Good news is, this can change.

Trauma is not normal and one should never strive to live with it but rather strive to heal from that trauma. There is a world that exists outside of trauma. A world that belongs to everyone. A world in which God intended for us all to expirience during our time here on earth. As we all know life does not always allow us that luxury. Those of us who are lucky enough to know God also get the opportunity to heal from the trauma they endured and thus create a better life for themselves.
Below are some bible verses on healing that you can meditate upon and declare over your life. Believe that you deserve to heal and God is going to help you along the way.
Ephesians 4:32 NIV
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
